How to find out the hkl values and phase corresponding to the smaller d spacing (below 1,eg.0.279) obtained from SAED pattern analysis?
Dear Sir,
Using the larger d-spacing,it is wurtzite phase as confirmed by XRD.But,i wanted to confirm the same by SAED pattern analysis and unable to find the standard diffraction database for smaller d spacing.
I have attached some of the SAED patterns of my sample.Kindly help me to find the hkl values and phase corresponding to each diffraction ring.
Thanks a lot for your reply.I wanted to do indexing of the SAED patterns of my sample.
Kindly explain in details about stimulus response techniques in chemical reaction engineering and share important links regarding the same.
