How to find out interacting residue of protein from a protein-quadraplex structure ??? I am trying LPC but it is not providing any output ?

I am trying to find out the protein residues interacting with Nucleic acid chain in a protein-quadraplex complex. I have tried LPC but it is not providing any output. The file generated after running LPC is empty. LPC is not showing any error too. How should i fix it?? Or is there any other software which can provide me the solution.??
