1) First plot the graph by using Origin software (X-axis --2 theta and Y-axis-- Intensity).
2) Then calculate the expected 2 theta position of the first few peaks in the diffraction pattern by using Data reader or apply multiple peak fit to obtain two theta value.
3) Recognize the (hkl) values for the first few peaks using standard JCPDS files or Standard literatures.
4) Use Bragg's law to determine the inter planar spacing d (this is experimental d value depend on 2 theta measured experimentally)
d=λ/2sinθ
5) Obtain lattice constant using the standard formula for different crystal structure. (given in the below attached file)
6) It is easy for cubic system as all lattice parameters are same Like CoCr2O4 and CoFe2O4. On the other hand for TiO2 crystal with Tetragonal symmetry how to calculate is given below you tube video.
