If this is in a sequenced genome available on Ensembl then use their variant caller function. Also, if you BLAST your sequence through Ensembl it may show a known SNP which, if you follow the rs Number (SNP identifier) it will tell you the amino acid change (if there is one). If you can't access a genome for your species then prepare two sequence files with the only difference being the alternative alleles of the SNP and put it through an ORF finder (e.g. http://www.bioinformatics.org/sms2/orf_find.html). Obviously this only works if it is coding sequence

For SNP rs ID and genomic position, you can search amino acids by using SNP annotation tool, SNPnexus (http://www.snp-nexus.org).

I did BLAST my gene sequences. However, the amino acid for all SNPs are unknown. Also SIFT and Polyphen which may predict amino acids position show no data on BLAST results. Would you please know any other tool or server that my predict amino acids position of SNPs?
