The journal “International Journal of Pharmaceutical Research and Allied Sciences” 2277-3657 (https://ijpras.com ) seems more or less okay since their claimed ESCI index is real (you can check yourself here https://mjl.clarivate.com/home ). However, they are not included in the UGC Care list, you can check yourself here (you need to register (for free) one-time): https://ugccare.unipune.ac.in/Apps1/Home/Index

I see a number of disturbing things:

-Their claim (https://ijpras.com/assets/main/Indexing-IJPRAS.pdf?v2 ) that they are a DOAJ member is not true

-I was unable to find the fee they charge (this lack of transparency is suspect)

-I see (on other websites) claims that they are Scopus indexed while they are not and they are mentioned on the "ores site" (https://ores.su/en/journals/international-journal-of-pharmaceutical-research-and-allied-sciences/ ) too often I saw that such titles have 'issues' (the existence of a hijacked version, easy manipulation of the peer review system etc.)

Be clear I am not sure whether the journal can do much about these matters and certainly not sure whether they are predatory, but you need to ask yourself whether the Clarivate’s ESCI indexing is enough for your purpose or that you really need a UGC Care and/or Scopus indexed journal.
