How to find goodness of fit, Bragg factor and profile factor from Maud software as employing Rietveld refinement?
I have found these parameters in Maud but I don't know whether it is a way to find goodness of fit, Bragg factor and profile factor from them.

Goodness of Fit (GoF) is sig, Bragg factor is Rb(%), and Rp is in the result (attached picture).
Maykel Manawan Thank you so much for your consideration and your answer. It really helps me. in which range bragg factor is acceptable? How about profile factor, is Rwp or Rexp , or anything else in the result page point to profile factor?

R-values are a measure of the fit quality. The overall fit quality is described by the profile (Rpr), the weighted profile (Rwp) and the expected profile (Rexp). The fit quality of each phase is described by the Bragg R-value (Rbrn); 'n' indicates the phase number. In my practice, I report Rexp, Rwp and GoF. But the most important thing is to inspect the diffractogram, how well the fitting is and whether the value makes sense or not.
