How can the amorphous structure be quantified by mass with MAUD?

I analyze the hydration products of cement-based materials in a quantitative way. I can determine crystalline structures quantitatively; however, since amorphous structures do not have a specific peak and cif file, how can I determine what percentage by mass of the sample is amorphous?
