Q1) I have a question about the diffusion coefficient of amino acids. As we know that amino acids make cationic and anionic at low pH and high pH respectively. how to find the diffusion coefficient of both? will both have the same diffusion coefficient?
Q2) Is electrodialysis possible for this? because it gives either cationic or anionic at low or high pH? I saw a paper on electrodialysis of peptides with UF, but there is no information about its cationic and anionic?
