I am doing NSGA ii optimization. For this I have developed some equation through rsm in minitab. Now the problem I am facing is to set the constraints. 4 variable 3 objective. I am getting optimized values which are beyond the experimental response domain. I think a proper constŕaint may solve this.
You did not specify the type of problem you are dealing with and why you have to resort to heuristics instead of exact optimization algorithms. That's why nobody will be able to give valuable advice.

I completely agree with Ralph Gollmer. Are you faced with multiple objectives?
How about convexity , etcetera. Firstly you have to have a clear understanding of your problem, and then of the mathematical nature of your optimization model.
And when you have given attention to all this, then it is time to consider various algorithms or packages to solve your problem. And maybe, you then have to reconsider your model. Operations research is an art!
Yes, the limitation of Minitab is there to incorporate the constrain equation in a particular experimental design space. As per my knowledge you have to use other sophisticated software where you can set a number of constraints for particular design space in the initial stage so that no possibilities are left for any optimization strategy to violet the main domain.
4 variables and 3 objectives, does such a problem really need sophisticated software? I do not believe that. Write down your mathematical model, and continue from there. Do not get stuck in software! But try to master the basics of operations research and mathematical programming. Good luck!
