I am interested in finding out the beliefs and attitudes towards mobile conference app. What method will be most appropriate to use? I am trying to use AB scale, but it seems difficult to implement.
Is there any easier method? Please suggest.

An easier method might be to formulate a series of open-ended questions that can be scored on a rubric you develop that evaluates the degree of beliefs and attitudes. So if I wanted to learn what people thought about a mobile conference app, I might ask a random sample, "In what ways, if any, did this app prove helpful?" (That would be one of many questions.) My rubric would specify that a response of 0-2 ways indicated a belief that it wasn't very helpful, that 3-4 ways indicated a belief that it was moderately helpful, and that 5 or more ways indicated a belief that it was very helpful.
