How to find and check specificity of universal primers for Methanogenic Achaea?

Hello everyone, I am currently part of a research about involving the qPCR analysis of methanogenesis efficiency of various Archaea order (Methanosarcinales, Methanobacteriales, Methanomicrobiales, and Methanococcales). My team is having some trouble with our universal primer ARC787F and ARC1059R having low amplification results for PCR and high Ct value for qPCR. We are looking for potential replacements for the universal primer, but couldn't find any relevant information on the BLAST-primer search tool or similar tools.
