I have tried to convert the refined phase into ASCII format but I got only two columns rather than refined data, difference plot data. How can I get the complete refined data from high score plus software in ASCII format so that I can plot the graph in origin.

after you have finished your Rietveld refinement and are satisfied with the result, just go to the tab "Anchor Scan data", right click on the list and select "copy list" or "save list as". Than you can plot Iobs against Icalc and the background in excel or transfer the data to origin or matlab. From substracting Iobs and Icalc you can also obtain the difference plot.
Usually, in the table in the anchor scan data tab, Iobs and Icalc are given in counts (cts). You can recalculate to the more instrument independent unit counts per second (cps) if you divide Iobs and Icalc respectively by the recalculation factor given in the row entitled CT[s].

One addition to that good answer, you can directly show/copy the cps values by dragging in respective columns from the (AnchorScan Data) List Customization dialog. Right Click in that tab, then click: "Customize Anchor Scan Data..."
