A high flow hood with hotplate is the historical ad hoc solution but not ideal. Ideas? Acids are HCl and HNO3. A standard distillation setup wouldn't work since the quantity of samples (100s) and something like a rotary vacuum wouldn't work with acid. I envision some kind of a condenser for a hotplate but have not seen/heard of one.
I think you could use a vaccum evaporation at room temperature. Water flow vacuum pump (Venturi effect) is the simplest way for your case.
I agree with Stephan,
In vaccum gases may get released from water. (1)Little heating and (2) vibration also can help you in reducing the absorption capacity of gases in water.

How about a vacuum oven with a condensation and/or chemical trap between oven and pump?
