I made inverted organic solar cell (ITO/ZnO/P3HT:PCBM/MoO3/Ag). I deposit MoO3 powder (Sigma Aldrich) by thermal evaporation on P3HT:PCBM layer and then deposit Ag electrode by thermal evaporation. But I didn't get good efficiency. If I make inverted solar cell (ITO/ZnO/P3HT:PCBM/Ag), i achieve a good efficiency of 2.8%, but with MoO3 powder i am not successful. Can anybody tell me the exact way for MoO3 powder evaporation? After fabrication of full device I am giving 10 min thermal annealing at 160C to the whole device. Is this detrimental to the device?
