Scrum is widely used in the software industry today for the execution of projects. Measuring the performance of Scrum teams is the biggest challenge that most organizations face today. Scrum requires a simple and quick way to measure the performance of the team. Many methods are found, but they may affect the agility of the development process.
There is no standard way like CMMI or ISO 9001 to evaluate Scrum Teams by a 3rd party. Agile thought leaders strongly believe in frequent and quick self-assessments. A link of such self-assessment tools/checklists/framework can be found here

Having said that Agile/Scrum teams can be assessed through CMMI & ISO appraisals also but as you mentioned they they may affect the agility of the development process.

There are thousands of teams that are using the Scrum. But few of them are really “living” Scrum and achieve the success of their projects. From my research activities for a long time, I found that we can evaluate Scrum teams through the success rate of their projects. Important evaluation criteria may include:
1) Meeting the requirements
2) Delivering according to scheduling.
3) Delivering according to the detected budget.
4) Achieving the expected business value and return on investment.
