The numerous problems need the high-precision numbers, and the we want to use the binary encoding to optimize the parameters in that problems. How to encoding the high-precision numbers using binary encoding in optimization problem?

What is your development language (environment)? For example, in Java there is BigInteger class. You can encode as string or you can use only integer numbers by converting floating points to integers.

Yes, I use Java to implement my algorithm. Thank you for your information of Biginteger class and GMP. However, I want to understand the detailed of how to generate the high-precision binary without any software languages, i.e., a process of algorithm to generate the high-precision binary code.
