Dear ResearchGate community,
I like to attach Indole-3-acetic acid (3-IAA) to the N-terminus of my peptide. Can I directly couple it using my Microwave Peptide Synthesizer (Liberty Blue, CEM), or should I use N-Boc indole-3-acetic acid (protected AA)?
My initial attempt to couple 3-IAA on a microwave synthesizer was unsuccessful, although I haven't tried coupling it at room temperature. Does anyone have suggestions or tips on efficiently coupling Indole-3-acetic acid (3-IAA) to the N-terminus of my peptide?
Thank you in advance.
