Hello, I want to drive an H-bridge without IC. Actually I need the circuits that can be used for the on and off process of four MOSFETs used in the H-bridge.
Actually, I want to drive an H-bridge which its input DC voltage is 75V. Also, the load is resistive. I don't want to use from this H-bridge for drive a motor. Besides, I cannot use traditional ICs for drive this H-bridge.
the main goal of bootstrap circuit is to charge a capacitor and use this stored charge to driving high side switch (in your case two up switches). this charging is done by conducting low side switches. u can find the simple circuit in web. but remember the driver is separate with this. even you use bootsrap circuit, you should use driver (ICs or totem pole circuit) to control turn on or off time of your swithes especially in high drain (or collector) currents.
