I am trying to draw the structure of permalloy in VESTA. As I know it is a FCC structure and permalloy has 80% Ni and 20% Fe. What I am concerned about is that, how should I define the percentages of Ni and Fe in VESTA structure? I attached the FCC structure I obtained through VESTA.

My plan is to draw a FCC lattice of Permally which has 80% Ni and 20% Fe. From a reference ( Vernyhora, I. V., V. A. Tatarenko, and S. M. Bokoch. "Thermodynamics of fcc-Ni–Fe alloys in a static applied magnetic field." Isrn Thermodynamics 2012 (2012). ), I found the structure like the attached picture. The L12 structure. I draw the structure exactly like that in VESTA. But, my confusion is how can I make sure the percentages are 80-20.
