You need a spectrometer which is calibrated for Absolute Irradiance, and which includes UVB in its wavelength range.
The spectrometer software will normally output the data for you as a graph, or provide raw data (µW/cm²/nm) as a text file, which you can plot as a graph yourself in, for example, Excel or SigmaPlot.
It is very important that the spectrometer is calibrated for Absolute Irradiance, or all you will get is the product of the spectrometer's sensitivity response and the spectrum of the lamp.
