In the Format Axis box, select the Scale tab, and then check Logarithmic scale.

I have tried to plot using excel and logarithmic scale. This shows a single straight line.
Actually, I am looking for deriving different hydrodynamic component of sample.
Needed to plot different segment of straight line which indicates corresponding hydrodynamic component. Please find the attached figure.

Are you trying to make a figure that is like the one in the pdf? You need to first get the cumulative frequency percent from your data.
If you want to fit multiple lines to different portions of your data, like in this figure, you will need to plot them as different series in Excel.
Plot all the points as one series. Decide how the data should be divided into its different segments. Plot each segment as its own series. Fit a line.
