Hi Abhay Kumar, I didn't use the MagMin in lamprophyre samples, but you can use the programm to calculate the structural formula of olivine, biotite, pyroxene, apatite and feldspar.

Try using the data of some work with microprobe analysis of Lamprophyre rocks and compare the results obtained in that work with the MagMin results.
