it'd be good to receive a bit more information about your research question and what you want to achieve. What exactly do you need the model for? Learning weights to reconstruct your output layer from the input? Then maybe you could levarage an autoencoder model for your purpuse for which you can find tons of code snippets on the internet (most in Python using some kind of ML framework like Keras or PyTorch).
