Raman spectroscopy for plant extracts is a fast, non-destructive technique that works best using near-infrared lasers to reduce fluorescence, enabling detailed molecular analysis directly on fresh or dried plant tissues with minimal sample preparation.
I have extracted my samples through ethanol then lyoohilized and resuspended them to form an aqueous solution. When checked for raman spectroscopy at all the 3 wavelengths it just shows noise. Do you suggest me to lyoohilize it again before taking the raman?
