I have extracted my samples through ethanol then lyoohilized and resuspended them to form an aqueous solution. When checked for raman spectroscopy at all the 3 wavelengths it just shows noise. Do you suggest me to lyoohilize it again before taking the raman?

Well they have a concentration of 12mg/ml. I guess that should be concentrated enough
