How to do quality control of newborn screening tests?

Hi. I work in a newborn screening laboratory and I am responsible for quality control of these tests. Is there anyone here who also works in such a laboratory? Unfortunately, I have a problem with implementing SixSigma for this research. In my lab, TE is usually above 30% for TSH, IRT, 17-OHP. Is there a better way to control newborn screening tests than SixSigma?
