How to do partition by codons in IQTree

Dear all,

I want to make partition by codons for finding best method in IQTree. Please help me .

I just saw your question now. Have a look at the documentation: http://www.iqtree.org/doc/Complex-Models#partition-models. It has a clear example how to partition by codons.
