I agree with the identification as Lutjanus rivulatus (Cuvier in Cuvier & Valenciennes 1828) (family Lutjanidae).
This specimen shows the juvenile colour pattern. Adults lose the dark bands and the white spot, and are pale green with dark grey vertical fins.
