Can anyone please advise on niche climate modeling for UV, PAR and total solar irradiation from partial ground based temperature and illumination data (μmol m-2 s-1) and GIS data sets? Is it possible to generate a usefully accurate niche (1x1m resolution) climate illumination model using GIS data sets on illumination, atmosphere, cloud cover aspect, insolation etc, using a central high fidelity ground based illumination senors (pyranometer, quantum sensor and UV-B/A) and satellite ground based temperature sensors and UV dosimeters at the niche sites, to refine/extrapolate/correct the GIS data?
