I have already been read many articles and found some methods but those are not cleared to me.
Can you please suggest me how to generate different LST map of each land classes using ArcGIS?
Or if you have any other methods to generate the LST of each land class please do recommend?
Hi, I recommend the use of the thermal band of landsat, you can generate a median of all the available images for a study period (summer) by using google earth engine. This will allow to characterize temperature in a more robust way than using only one "scene".

First, compute LST from the Landsat data and then prepare the UHI map using median-SD criteria or you can also use UTFVI index for the UHI map creation.
Second prepare the LULC map using the same Landsat data and then you can determine the UTFVI value over each of the LULC class separately.
