If you have access to Aspen Plus there is a good example biodiesel model on its website. You need to register on the site (free) and you can access the Aspen Pluss Support Area. There is a link to the Knowledge Base and you can search the term biodiesel. You will find that there is a Biodiesel component databank, and also some quite good examples of Biodiesel steady state models.
