Hello everyone,
I am planning to make a flat conductive surface fully divided, while there will be no electrical conduction between them and each part will work as an independent conductive part.
Is there any methods to do it? (I need to separate them in terms of conductivity and I don't want to do it by breaking or cutting the surface to be divided)

Dear Matin Karimnia and all, I think the conductive surface will be fully conductive while it remains as a single one. May be you could implant some insulator that acts as a conduction barrier in the separation between the two parts.
Cutting the conductive surface in two and then join them together with an insulator glue will the job too. The insulator thickness can be very thin and the surface will look like a single one.
If someone knows a way to tame the electrons so that they run by just one side of the surface each time, keeping the surface intact, please let me know too.

Although I am not a physicist, I can understand the difference between conductivity and conductance. You can not change the conductivity of any material. Please look at the definition.
Conductance is the inverse/opposite of resistance, reduce the resistance and conductance will increase and vice versa.

I am also not a physicist and may be I used a wrong word, anyway, my aim is to somehow separate an electrical conductive surface to two independent electrical conductive surfaces, without cutting or breaking them.
