How to dissolve GW4869?

Hello everyone, I want to inhibit exosome secretion using GW4869 from sigma. I am facing issue with dissolution of this compound. As per the Sigma website, the solubility of it is 0.2 mg/ml or we can say 346.32 mM in DMSO. But even after going below that, it is not dissolving. I can see clear solution, but upon centrifugation some of it comes down. I have even tried 5% methane sulfonic acid and heating, but that didn't help. Can anybody please help me with it?

Check ur math again. 0.2 mg/mL x mmoL/577.5 mg x 1000 mL/L = 0.346 mmol/L = mM. You're trying to make a 200 mg/mL soln.
