Dear all,
The drug I am using is water insoluble, but can be easily dissolved in DMSO. I am planning to dissolve the drug in 0.1% Tween-80 solution (in water). I am wondering how to dissolve the drug in Tween-80? Should I dissolve drug first in 10% Tween-80 and then dilutated to the concentration I need? Or I can directly use 0.1% Tween-80 solution to dissolve the drug?
The drug is Brusatol, if this information could be helpful.

I think it must first be diluted to 0.1% and then dissolve the drug
