Hi guys, I have some dihydrotestosterone in methanol that I would like to dilute for in vitro purposes. However I'm unsure on how to do this properly.
Molecular weight: 290.44 g/mol
Concentration: 1.0mg/ml
Volume: 1ml
I want to have a total volume of 5ml at 100nM, how can I achieve this? Showing calculations would be great too so I can learn how to do it myself in the future.

Hello, I written the transferring to nM unite.... Now you can prepare 100 nM in 5mL
( C nM x V )Stock =( C nM x V )dilution
0.00344 x 10E-9 nM x V ????) = ( 100 nM x 5 mL)
V mL= ???? that complete to 5 mL
