I have synthesized graphene from elctrochemical process and deposited on glass plate by using spin coater. But I am confused by seeing their raman spectra. Therefore, I have attached the Raman image pl. can anyone tell me that which one is Reduced graphene oxide, Graphene Oxide and Graphene.

There are 2 characteristic Raman signals for graphene derivatives. D band (around 1300 cm-1) and G band (around 1500 cm-1), which can be seen from your data as well. From my experiment once GO is reduced D band shown slight blue shift while G band shown slight red shift. The signal ratio between D and G band can show the level of the reduction. In my case Id/Ig changed from 1.31 to 1.29 after reduction of GO to rGO via hydrazine reduction. Hope it helps.
