since the end point of phenolphthalein and the colour of pomegranate is almost same titration method cannot be used here. But as a part of my project i would like to know the different methods for the estimation of vitamin C content.
Dear Mr Abdullah, vitamin C is very difficult determining. It is unstable in aqueous solution. It undergoes degradation in function of pH. There is many methods: Chromatography, UV spectrophotometry and electrochemical methods. I developed an ootentiometric sensor and applied with sucess to determination of pharmaceutical samples. I developed too many spectrophotometric methods. You can download the articles in my profile. I look forward to have helped.
Dear Mr. Abdu, the link is https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Julio_Fernandes7/contributions/?ev=prf_act. Attachment follow a paper using flow injection analysis with UV spectrophotometric detection. I think this article more general for you, because I make a study about ascorbic acid stability using factorial design. However, in the link, there is more articles using potentiometric sensors.
