I have two tank A and B, one pipeline circulation from B to A. Polymer enter in A and out in B.
I know that when i increase flow circulation. The viscosity in tank B will increase.
I want to determine relationship of flow circulation and viscosity.

Im not an expert in polimers but this may help
if your polimer stress depend like a power law of velocity gradient, and the pipeline is straigth enough and long enough to lave a fully developped flow(Ej L>20 w/(R·mu)), then you can use a modified version of the Hagen-Poiseuille ecuation (http://www.syvum.com/cgi/online/serve.cgi/eng/fluid/fluid802.html)
So, for different pressuere or heighs of one of the deposits, meassure the variation of the vloume of thepolymer with time and the compute the flow rate, represent log(P) vs log( w) ; is the reluls fits well with a line, the you can use the modified hankel poiselle ecuation to compute viscosity.
in any case try to compare this results with other meassurement of viscosity (Ej. falling time of speres with differet diameter)
