I have both crystalline and amorphous phases. I want to know how can I determine the crystallinity % and how to determine amorphous phases without using internal standard because I did not add internal standard moreover how to refine Fe, Ni and Ta peaks along with amorphous phase?
I assume that MAUD is not the best program for investigating x-ray amorphous matierial. The problem in your case is also the very asymmetric profiles at low angles. You should have a look at BGMN. This uses a very straightforward approach for the profile generation simulating the profiles by a raytracing procedure. As far as I know this is the most realistic approach. Mathematical functions will work at higher angles where the asymmetry is not that pronounced.
Rostock had a very experienced group investigating radial atomic distributions. This is perhaps not yet required but you could ask whether there is still somebody remaining.
For XRD I would recommend you to contact R. Kleeberg (TU Freiberg). He could help you regarding BGMN or give you at least an advice.
