How to determine IOF for an image?

For image enhancement quality measures, one of them is Index of Fuzziness. Can anyone tell me how to find it? Is there a function already in Matlab 2013?

Here you can find a couple of index of fuzziness formulas classified as linear (Kaufmann), quadratic and logarithmic ( DeLuca and Termin):
