Hi, as stated in the title above, how do you get error values when using profile fitting? The best I have found is the "R profile" and "Goodness of Fit" values under "Refinement Control", but they do not provide error values for the profile fitted peaks.
This is different from Rietveld refinement, where the "Deviation" values can be found.
Help is greatly appreciated

Dear Daniel Lai Sir,
As per my knowledge errors in Goodness of fit or R parameters i not possible to obtain. But errors in lattice parameters or positions or etc. can be obtained by simply refining the parameter and then exporting the project in text file. After opening the text file you will get the sigma or error values below the original value easily.
