How to determine/calculate Vapor Pressure Deficit from Li6400 measurement?

I used LI6400 to measure gas exchange for forest understory species. Appreciate your help/advice on how to calculate VPD from LI6400 data and which VPD to be use when analysing transpiration and WUE at species level, leaf VPD or atmospheric VPD? Thank you.

The VPD is the difference between the saturated v and actual vp in the particular system. Li6400 should have the option of the calculating all the three components viz. ActuAl vp, so and their differtial. Alternatively one record the vp data using the pychron and find out the vpd of crops, any othe system. ..
