Hello Wenmei Li, it sounds like you're on the right track with references, Mezirow, King, and Cranton are definitely key people here! However, you may want to explore more recent publications as well. And to clarify, are you wanting to determine whether teachers are *using* transformative learning practices or whether, they themselves, have experienced what it feels to have their own learning transformed?
@ Hello Dr. CohenMillller, thank you for responding to my question. I'm working on how transformative learning happens to university teachers through the lens of critical events. The priority for me is to define TL and measure it as well. To my best knowledge, King(1998,2009) contains the learning activity survey, which can help determine whether TL happens and reveal how it happens. unfortunately, I fail to get these relevant literature.
