I am unable to equip myself with equipments like those that are employed in Marsh test. I need to detect the level of arsenic in my sample after I processed it, for removal. i.e very little conc. will be left out for detection. Can I opt for any kit for high sensitivity? If so, can anyone suggest, good, cost effective kits for arsenic detection?

There is also 'graphite furnace' AA since you are required to reach low concentrations (ppb)!
I've used both inexpensive test kits with test strips detecting arsine gas as well as the silver diethyldithiocarbamate colorimetric method which uses distillation. The test strip test kit is the only cost effective method I'm aware of. I have also confirmed reasonable results using As standard solutions. The colorimetric method with distillation requires a lot of specialty glassware and is not easy for those without distillation experience. Here is information on both.

The low range arsenic test kit has a range of 0 to 500 ppb with detection at 10 ppb. (Increments of 0, 10, 30, 50, 70, 300, 500 ppb) It is Hach part number 2800000. You can download the instructions and application note at the website before purchasing if desired.
Hach Method 8013 has a range 0 to 200 ppb. The estimated detection depends on technique and calibration. It is a simplified version of Standard Methods 3500-As. The method 8013 details are available for download on the website. The method 8013 includes part numbers for equipment, reagents, and standards.

As someone not associated with any of the test strip manufacturers, I would recommend and evaluate any of the suitable TEST STRIP colorimetric kits which cover the low range (0-50) as providing the best balance of economy in cost, convenience for those without more advanced laboratory equipment and good accuracy. Select the one that is available in your local area. If possible, for best accuracy test replicates of three samples when recording measurements. Two sample points may save supplies, but is both unscientific and of no use statistically as no pattern or trend can be established.
