sir how do i verify the fabricated prototype and why they have placed 6ports in the TX and RX side? which software i need to use for verifying the fabricated prototype?

I suggest you read the attached article and references to understand the need for 6 TX / RX ports:

I suggest you use labview (https://k12lab-support-pages.s3.amazonaws.com/lvbasichome1.html) to create an algorithm to control the network analyzer ( measure parameters S11 and S12) and import the measured data. I suggest you measure some parameters:
_ PA gain (here a good attenuator should be used not to damage the measuring equipment);
_ Isolation between TX and RX system should be at least around 25 dB;
- Input and output impedances of RX / TX;
- Frequency response of your filters.
