I want to design pressure vessel under internal pressure for diameter 10m and under internal pressure (liquid) subjected to more than 200 bar (20 Mpa). and I want to use composite materials as internal layers,
1- What is the best method to find the thickness of vessel
2- What the best materials?

Why do you want to use composites on the internal side? Also, 10m diameter vessel is not a small thing and fully filled you should take care of the soil. Make sure the soil will handle the load of the vessel.
What material for the outer side?
Have you considered doing it half or totally buried? Have you cosidered using concrete?

there is a piston inside the vessel compressed the liquid, composite is light materials to cover the internal side, and using concrete for main body of the vessel. Vessel under the ground

What is the liquid? This affects both the fiber and matrix.
For large composite structures, E-glass is typically used for reasons of economy. It is generally chemical resistant, but is adversely affected by high-temperature steam and certain acids. The matrix material for very large structures is usually a vinyl ester, infiltrated by Vacuum-Assisted Resin Transfer Molding (VARTM). Again, vinyl esters are not resistant to all chemicals, especially since they often contain some free polystyrene, so your fluid matters.
