I am trying to design an amine-prewash absorber for H2S in LPG using Aspen Plus, but as the H2S exits at the bottom of the absorber, the majority of the hydrocarbons exit at the bottom as well. How can I fix this problem, such that only the H2S exits with the amine? Would I need to use a component splitter?

I don't think you need a splitter, in general hydrocarbons are much less soluble than H2S, for this reason you should only be H2S at the bottom.
Probably some settings or the property methods have not been properly selected, or you have made some mistake in setting the column inputs.
In any case, you talked about chemical absorption with amine so you should find at the bottom the dissociated species of H2S and amines, furthermore your absorption should be even more effective and selective towards H2S and a lower liquid consumption should be required for the separation process, together with a very low quantity of solubilized hydrocarbons.
Check if you have properly set the chemical reaction?
