If A and B are two morphospecies (sisters) separated by lower genetic distance ( of 3% in cytb locus) then can we use this lower value as a “cut off value ” for other sets of sister lineages (say clade with C and D as same species based on morphology), which is located in the same phylogenetic tree and belongs to same genera and have more than 3% genetic distance among each other?

Morphospecies are morphologically separated species designated as OTUs in current taxonomy. The  C and D are considered as same species earlier based on morphology alone. However we found them to be cryptic and they both shows a genetic distance of more than 3%. Also I considered their geographic isolation as a factor for  lineage isolation.
