Attached is the tensile test data of AISI D2 for different hardness values. As one can clearly see that the AISI D2 having hardness from 42 to 62 shows almost same slope of true stress strain curve.
Defining elastic, plastic properties and poissons ratio will not be enough, the specimens having different hardness values exhibit different fatigue life.
I want to do simulation on ABAQUS for different hardness values of the material under same loading conditions, how can I define different hardness values in ABAQUS while the elastic, plastic properties are the same.
Your expert opinion in this regard will be much appreciated.

Hardness is a property that describes plastic behaviour so if hardness changes the plastic behaviour (properties) changes! Try Tabor approximation: sigma_u = 0.3 H

As Adrian mentioned, the plastic behavior of a material follows the hardness value of the material. I believe you can correlate the hardness value to the material structural equation using some approximation theories. You may implement Field Variable as hardness value and use it in your material model.
