Dear all,

I have a question regarding defining a relative motion in ABAQUS. My model (ABAQUS Explicit) has two parts: one cylinder (blue part) and one sphere (red part). I want to define a rotational movement of the sphere around the cylinder. The problem is that I cannot find how to define an axis of rotation different than the part’s own axis. I tried to use bushing connector but still I cannot separately define axis of rotation, no matter if I apply the rotational BC on the sphere or on the connector.
