Although I agree that DMSO is not a preferred solvent for dissolving due to its low solubility, but my study requires the same. I am facing difficulty in completely dissolving my organic extract in 10% DMSO. How should I proceed? Should I change the percentage of DMSO?

Although I am not sure which organic extract are you trying to dissolve, I suggest you the following steps:
1) Assuming that you will need to eliminate the solvent after, I suggesto to try different % of solvent in your sample. I guess you alreadt tried this, since you reached 10%.
2) After that, try to use sonication in order to try to dissolve. Maybe the problem is that your method of dissolving is not that powerful. Usually sonication of the sample enhances solubility.
3) Finally, if possible, you can by increasing temperature a little bit. Maybe at 50 or 60ºC your sample can be dissolved.
4) If nothing happens here, maybe you can increase the % or evaluate another solvent.
